You will be able to choose the currency in the header as well as the footer. Get in touch with us if you prefer an additional currency that we are not currently offering as an option.

We are deeply committed to the health of the planet and, therefore, send all our orders in eco friendly packaging. Our outer envelope, branded jewellery box and branded cotton pouch are all reusable. We hope you will get good use out of them as you enjoy our beautiful jewellery!
As you know, delivery is FREE on all our orders. We ship globally using the Royal Mail Signed For option. Delivery lead times are 2-3 business days within the UK and 4-7 business days outside of the UK (global delivery is made possible in collaboration with leading postal carriers in the respective country). Please note all orders are letter box friendly that require you to sign for delivery (just to be sure you receive your little box of joy!).

We will refund you within 7 days of receiving the goods back. We hope you will be considerate and refrain from returning earrings that you have tried on, for hygiene reasons.

Further, we will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged when you receive it within 14 days of receiving the order.
